Membership Policies

You have a 6 month initial contract, and then it’s month to month thereafter. You may cancel your Membership after the 6 month initial contract without penalty by providing written notice of your request at least 30 days prior to your billing date. If you cancel before your initial contract ends, a cancellation fee of one month's full retail amount of the services included in your membership will be issued. Membership is non-transferable and does not roll over monthly. Queen City Beauty Group's 48 Hour Cancellation Policy still applies to VIP members. By purchasing today, you (the client) agree to all membership terms and conditions, our 48 Hour Cancellation Policy, and to being automatically charged monthly on the 1st of each month until 30 day written notice is given.
